Shoutout Rules

Our Instagram shoutout rules @STAPAW are as follows. Occasionally we make exceptions to our Instagram shoutout rules, and we always welcome suggestions and ideas. 

 

SHOUTOUT RULES:

  • Take clear pictures

  • Use the hashtag #STAPAW

  • No bathroom, bedroom, or driving photos

  • Make sure the photo shows you have piercings and/or tattoos

  • Double check the picture visually shows what you do for a living

  • Tell us about yourself and what you do for a living in 15 - 50 words

  • Your profile must be set to public

  • Always smile

(Currently we don't feature hair dressers, bartenders or tattoo artists. Unfortunately, we are contacted by too many Instagramers in these professions, so we choose not to play favorites. If you're a tattoo artist feel free to message us for a feature on the STAPAW website.)

 

Be creative! We're tagged and direct messaged 100's of Instagram shoutout photos a month.

 

TYPES OF FEATURES:

Shoutouts: Featuring pierced and/or tattooed and employed bosses and employees.

Stories: Featuring memes, stories, or statuses that have to do preferably with tattoo and piercing acceptance or discrimination in the workplace.

Save My Job: Features designed to help rally followers to save someone's job by having supporters call in thank a business for hiring tattooed and pierced staff.

Highlights: We trade shoutouts and highlight a company, charity, or movement.
